I loved the personalized service from the staff at this hotel. They were very friendly and helpful, offering recommendations for restaurants and activities and even providing transportation. The hotel facilities were pristine and clean, with a cozy communal area perfect for meeting new people. The location was also great, within walking distance to several bars and restaurants.

They knew the best slopes to hit each day and gave us personalized advice on everything we needed. The rooms were sparkling clean and well-appointed with comfortable beds for a good night's rest. We especially loved the big TV and games that kept us entertained during our downtime. Being within walking distance to fantastic restaurants and day trip attractions made it very convenient.

They were knowledgeable about the local area and recommendations were spot on, including wonderful restaurants and entertainment. the room and bathroom were clean, modern, and well-maintained with great facilities. the breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked. the service was exceptional, including free pick-ups and lifts to the onsen, restaurants, and slopes.

The only thing that could have been improved was the internet connection, which was a bit temperamental at times.
